CAPMC owns and/or manages 95 units of senior housing at three locations. This is
independent living for income qualified seniors age 62 and older.

All of our apartments feature 540 square foot of living space and fully equipped kitchens.
All are conveniently located with easy access to shopping, banking, churches and medical facilities. Public transportation stops at the door.
All buildings feature key entry, emergency call monitoring in each room, individually controlled heating and A/C, laundry rooms, community rooms with kitchen, lobby mail boxes and ample parking.
Rents are based on income and include utilities.
