CAPMC owns and/or manages 214 units of senior housing at eight locations. This is independent living for income qualified seniors age 62 and older.
All of our apartments feature 540 square foot of living space and fully equipped kitchens. All are conveniently located with easy access to shopping, banking, churches and medical facilities. Public transportation stops at the door. All buildings feature secure entry, individually controlled heating and A/C, laundry rooms, community rooms with kitchen, lobby mail boxes, and ample parking. Rents are based on income and include utilities, except phone, internet and cable.

Independence Park
This is a ten unit development for individuals and their families who suffer from chronic a mental disorder/mental disability. Support services are provided by the Community Counseling Center of Mercer County and The Behavioral Health Commission, Inc. of Mercer County. Funding for this development was provided by Housing and Urban Development.
